Items must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and labels intact.

Certain items—such as personal products, food items, or custom-ordered goods—are not returnable unless they are defective.
Return Process

Contact us: Send an email to kundservice@extrashop.se with your order number and details about the product you want to return.

Approval: Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return address.

Send the item back: Pack the product securely and ship it to the address we provide. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon delivery, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
